He led corporate strategy for Ford and designed the plan that Alan Mullaly used to turn around the company. Greg held C-level IT positions in app dev, infrastructure, and core banking applications at Ford, Nationwide Insurance, and Bank One/JPMC, respectively. Habiba Ali has been in the renewable energy industry since 2005. She co-founded the Developmental Association for Renewable Energies and worked as the national coordinator. Habiba in 2018 was a Global ambassadors program beneficiary and the UNSDG awardee for Africa on WeEmpower.
 
Hadeel Anabtawi is a Social Entrepreneur in the children & girls empowerment field. A certified life coach, teachers’ trainer on interactive teaching methodologies and the founder of The Alchemist Lab in Jordan. She is DVF international awardee 2019, WE Empower awardee 2018 and a Vital Voices fellow 2017. Studied Industrial Engineering at University of Jordan and Masters in Business Administration at University of Leicester. She launched many initiatives that empower children and girls in particular, one of which is “Go Girls!” a program that encourages girls towards STEM & scientific thinking.
 
Amanda Ellis is Senior Director for the ASU Global Futures Laboratory. She is former New Zealand Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Geneva and Prime Minister's Special Envoy. An economist by training, Amanda held senior roles at the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation, and Westpac Banking Corporation. Amanda is a founding member of the Financial Alliance for Women and the recipient of the TIAW Lifetime Achievement Award for services to women's economic empowerment.

Prior to joining LabVantage, John served as President and COO of Magnetrol International, Inc. John began his career as an attorney in private practice before transitioning into business, where he has held numerous leadership positions in legal, government affairs, sales, and marketing with DuPont Merck Pharmaceutical Company, DuPont Pharmaceuticals, Merck & Co., Inc., and Bausch & Lomb. He served on the boards of the International Leadership Association and Aspire Chicago. John earned his BA degree in Political Science/Sociology from the University of Iowa, a JD from Tulane University, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a PhD from the Center for Values Driven Leadership at Benedictine University. He is now a faculty member of the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Marlene Janzen Le Ber is Associate Professor and Chair, School of Leadership & Social Change at Canada’s only women’s university, Brescia University College and Adjunct Research Professor at the Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership at Ivey School of Business, Western University. A multiple research-grant holder in the complex processes of leadership, her current research is in leader character, leader identity development in women, and impact of art-based and narrative research on policy and social change. Prior to her doctoral studies, Marlene was a health care executive within academic health sciences centers, known as a strategic leader who spearheaded numerous health system innovations. Marlene has a PhD in Strategy from Ivey Business School, MScN (Admin) and BScN from Western University.
 
Lynne E. Devnew is on the associate faculty for the doctoral program, is a distinguished research fellow, and chairs the Women and Leadership Research Group at the University of Phoenix in the United States. A former senior middle manager at IBM, she has a DBA in strategy from the Questrom School, Boston University, and is a graduate of Columbia University’s Master Degree Program for Executives in New York City and Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts, all in the United States. Dr. Devnew’s research work and publications are focused on women’s leadership aspirations and leader identity development. She serves on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations.

Joyce Osland, Ph. D., is professor emerita, having retired as the Lucas Endowed Professor of Global Leadership and Executive Director of the Global Leadership Advancement Center at San Jose State University --  where she co-founded the Global Leadership Passport Program, Certificate in Advanced Global Leadership, and the innovative GLLab (assessment center). Joyce won her field’s highest teaching award based on her contributions to global leadership development and experiential learning. She is also a prolific, award-winning scholar with over 150 publications. Joyce co-edits Advances in Global Leadership and Global Leadership: Research, Practices, and Development. She consults with universities and global organizations and is a senior partner of the Kozai Group, which creates global assessment instruments. Prior to becoming an academic, Joyce lived and worked for 15 years in seven countries, primarily in the field of international development and training.
 
Allan Bird, PhD., has served as President of The Kozai Group, Inc. since 2001. He is also Senior Professor at the Goa Institute of Management in Goa, India.  From 2009 to 2019 he was the Darla and Frederick Brodsky Trustee Professor in Global Business at Northeastern University. Prior to joining Northeastern, Dr. Bird was the Eiichi Shibusawa-Seigo Arai Professor of Japanese Studies and also served as Director of the International Business Institute and Director of the International MBA program in the College of Business at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He has previously been a Visiting Professor at Rikkyo University in Japan, Columbia University, Monterey Institute for International Studies, Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences in Finland, Osaka International University and Japan’s National Self Defense Academy. Mike Hardy is Chair of Intercultural Relations and a founding Director of the Centre for Trust, Peace, and Social Relations at Coventry University. He is adjunct professor of leadership at the LSPR Institute of Communications and Business in Jakarta, Indonesia. Mike has been twice honoured in the UK, awarded the OBE in 2001 for his peace-building work in the Middle East, and appointed a Companion of Honour of St Michael and St George (CMG) in the HM Queen’s Birthday Honours June 2010 for his work internationally in Intercultural Dialogue. Mike is a Board Director and Chair of the International Leadership Association (www.ila-net.org), Chair of Trustees of The Faith and Belief Forum (http://faithbeliefforum.org), the leading interfaith charity in the UK, and life-fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts.
 
Veronika Anghel is Lecturer at Johns Hopkins’ SAIS Europe/Bologna Institute for Policy Research; a Visiting Fellow with the Robert Schuman Center - European University Institute; and Editorial Fellow, Government & Opposition.  Dr. Anghel was previously a Max Weber Fellow and Assistant Professor (part-time) in the Political Science Department of the European University Institute. She held research fellowships at the Stanford University (Fulbright), Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, the Institute for Human Sciences Vienna, the Institute for Central Europe Vienna, the University of Bordeaux, and the Institute for Government in Vienna. She received her PhD summa cum laude from the University of Bucharest in co-direction with the University of Bordeaux. Dr. Anghel worked as a foreign affairs advisor for the Romanian Presidential Administration (2014 – 2015) and a Diplomatic Adviser for the Romanian Senate (2012 – 2014). Anghel provides risk analysis for consultancy outfits on European integration, rule of law issues and party politics in post-communist Europe. Dr. Anghel is the recipient of the 2020 ‘Rising Star’ Award of the European Consortium of Political Research.
 
Matt Qvortrup is professor of political science at Coventry University. Described by the Financial Times, as “a world authority on referendums”, he has published more than a dozen books on democracy and presented the BBC Program How to Kill a Democracy.
